On January 25, 2003 Membership & Evangelism hosted a Leadership Retreat at Cook's Retreat to stimulate visioning for the next year. Suggested areas for considering by the various committees and task forces for the church included:
Programs for adults - music education, single parents, young marrieds, early afternoon Wonderful Wednesdays, transportation, soup to shut-ins, tutoring/mentoring.
Consideration was given to ideas to increase membership - resurrect 'Fisherman's Club, encourage current members to be more open to each other and to visitors, station greeters at all entries to church, repeat the Alpha Course regularly, and begin an additional worship service.

Volunteers Needed:

Bread Ministry

	Volunteers needed to deliver a loaf of bread to all first time visitors provided by the church office on Mondays.
	Commitment: Variable on Mondays.

	Receive list from church office of members who have been inactive in attending worship. Make contact and file report with church office.
	Commitment: Time may vary.

Receive list from church office of first time visitors and potential members. Make contact within 24 or 36 hours by phone. File a report with church office on information received.
