The Kingdom of Heaven

Parable of the Pearl of Great Price  (Matthew 13:45-46)
The kingdom of heaven is like the merchant shown here who holds the pearl of great price which he has bought after selling all that he had.

(Matthew 13:52)
The law is depicted by Moses holding the Ten Commandments leading the teachers about the kingdom of heaven.

[Jesus said, "Therefore every teacher of the law who has been instructed about the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old."] NIV Bible

The Parable of the Net  (Matthew 13:47-50)
The kingdom of heaven is like a net that is let down into the lake and catches all kinds of fish.  The good fish are collected in baskets while the bad are thrown away.

[Jesus says, "This is how it will be at the end of the age.  The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."] NIV Bible
